How to Perform

  1. 01Lie face down (or sit) and set the pad just above your ankles.
  2. 02Curl your heels toward your glutes.
  3. 03Squeeze your hamstrings, then release the weight with resistance.

Form Tips

  • Your hips must not lift off the pad; if they do, the weight is too heavy.
  • Use the full range of motion; half reps shortchange the hamstrings.
