How to Perform
- 01Select the assist weight (more weight means easier reps) and place your knees on the platform.
- 02Take a wide grip and start by pulling your shoulder blades down.
- 03Pull until your chin reaches the bar, then lower under control.
Form Tips
- Reduce the assist weight a little each week; the goal is an unassisted pull-up.
- Fully extend your arms at the bottom; do not count half reps.
